Alright, so this was last weeks news! But Still.
Week 47 of 2007 brought to teamWOMBAT forums the Front Page. Also known as a portal, I HAve modified it to feature several exciting things.
A new Logo! Featured at the top of every page, I made a logo tHAt I will evolve over time to showcase the games we play and the trends of the industry.
Currently it features the original logo of the forum:
Then it HAs a Gran Turismo one I created
Then it HAs one featuring the Master Chief from HAlo, Altaïr from Assassin's Creed and a WarHAwk from, umm, err, WarHAwk
On the left side, from top to bottom, are several boxes of info and goodies.
-Online Now box detailing the users/guests online
-Random Game box showing a random arcade game
-Random Image box showing a random image from our user galley
-Recent Posts box showing all about recent posts
-SHAre on Facebook box tHAt allows you to sHAre the forum on Facebook
-Links box full of links of sites I like to visit and obtain content from.
In the middle we HAve a box sHAring the two Featured Trailers This Week, and below it is Video of the Week. Below tHAt is the forum news box, where announcements and general updates will be made, and a search engine for the forum.
Along the right side we HAve several boxes. From Top to bottom we HAve:
-Welcome Box tHAt welcomes the user when they visit plus stats on wHAt is HAppening on the forum.
-Recent Topics box showing the newest topics.
